An independent view of your ERP, before you spend another dollar on it

Whether you're choosing an ERP, planning the next phase or wondering why the current one isn't delivering, we give you a clear, honest picture and a practical plan to act on.

  • Dynamics 365 F&O & Business Central
  • Findings ranked by risk
  • Practical roadmap
Two ways we help

Advice before you commit, and an audit when something's not right

Use them separately or together. Either way you get a partner with no reason to tell you anything but the truth.

ERP advisory

Make the right decision, with eyes open

For organizations choosing, expanding or re-planning an ERP.

  • ERP selection: Business Central or Finance & Operations, and why
  • Requirements, fit-gap and business case
  • Roadmap for phases, modules and integrations
  • Licensing advice: the right licences for each type of user
  • AI and Copilot readiness: where agents can help first
ERP audit

Find out what's really going on

For systems that are live, or nearly live, and not delivering what was promised.

  • System, architecture and code review
  • Security, roles and segregation of duties
  • Performance, batch jobs and data quality
  • Integrations and extensions that will break on update
  • Licence usage: what you pay for vs what you use
What we review

Six areas, one clear picture

Every audit covers the same six areas, so nothing important is missed and findings are easy to compare.

  • Security & access

Roles, permissions and segregation of duties, checked against how your team actually works.

  • Performance

Slow forms, long-running batch jobs and growing tables, with the cause behind each one.

  • Code & customizations

Extensions and custom code reviewed for quality, supportability and risk at the next Microsoft update.

  • Data quality

Duplicates, gaps and inconsistent master data that quietly undermine reports and processes.

  • Integrations & architecture

How your ERP connects to other systems, and where those connections are fragile.

  • Licensing

Licences compared with real usage, so you're not paying for more, or less, than you need.

FAQ

Questions about ERP advisory and audits

Which systems do you audit?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Business Central, as well as Dynamics AX, NAV and GP when you're planning a move. For other ERPs, advisory work such as selection and roadmaps is still available.

Can you audit a system another partner implemented?

Yes, and that's often when an independent view is most useful. We review the system as it is today, with no assumptions carried over from the original project.

How long does an audit take?

It depends on the size of your system and the areas in scope. We agree the scope and timeline with you before we start, so you know exactly what you'll get and when.

Will the audit disrupt our team?

We keep it light: a few interviews, read-only system access wherever possible, and no changes to your live system during the review.

What if the audit finds serious problems?

You get a prioritized plan to fix them. We can carry out the work ourselves through project recovery or support & development, or hand the plan to your own team or partner.

Can you help us choose between Business Central and Finance & Operations?

Yes. ERP selection is a core part of our advisory work, and as a Microsoft Indirect Reseller (CSP) we can also advise on and supply the right licences.

A short call is enough to agree the right scope, whether it's advice on a decision or a full audit.
